This song really reminds me of childhood, even though I never watched the show Just the sweet tune and the classic cartoon visuals mentally bring me back into the innocent and simple time I know it's all a trick of the head. Every time period is always hard in some way, especially the 90s (again, I wasn't even born at that time) and no time is more innocent than the other, and even your childhood is full of struggles of trying to understand the world around you and having to abide by it's strange laws. Yet, I it still feels like like there was a time long ago, a magic time with no worries and simple fun, and this is just a small portal to remind you of that time.
Hey, wake up! We’ve got something for you. He’s crazier than a career in zoo. You never know what he might do. He’s Felix the Cat and he’s here for you. With Poind and the Professor, the Master Cylinder too! The madness is mixed with his bag of tricks. You know he’s gonna pull us through! So find you place at the TV screen for the most wonderful cat that you’ve ever seen. He’s always up to something new It’s Felix the Cat and he’s here for you. It’s Felix the Cat and he’s here for you!
1:27 this is actually inaccurate, assuming they’re talking about the Pat Sullivan that made Felix, he would’ve been dead for close to 60 years by the time this came out
The song has it all: a cat doing crazy things, all kinds of flashy random sounds and a Tina Turner imitation singer telling you to stick your face to the screen.
Ai que sucesso no anos 90 para os 80 eram sucesso eram sucesso perto Félix Lógico né não existe nem o primeiro Mickey nessa aqui de primeiro Mickey dava medo não alegrava não dava medo bonitinho gente

Or maybe it just reminds me of the Smurfs, of which I watched plenty as a kid

Oh wow, no wonder I've always loved this theme song. The guy behind the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy's OST made it!
Josh mancell made crash's music too.
He's also the lead singer of Devo.
Man that intro theme slaps
A song about a cat with a bag didn't have to slap SO hard

For those who don't know, this and 60s Felix the cat are practically one and the same
The song has it all: a cat doing crazy things, all kinds of flashy random sounds and a Tina Turner imitation singer telling you to stick your face to the screen.
I don’t remembered this intro since before I was born. But if you are the 90s person who recognized this intro? You are the legend..

It's because it actually IS from the 90's, the opening and ending seen here are from the re-release of Felix The Cat(1958) made in 1992.
@@bowser_56_56 No, actually the songs seen here were made in the 90's since they belong to the re-release of Felix The Cat(1958) made in 1992.
The person who made music was same person who made music in crash bandicoot
Who sings in the opening?
Edward Jones

Is it American or Japanese because when his mouth moves it looks like anime
It was produced in the US about everything Felix related was made in the US it’s just that Felix was popular in Japan.
It's the US version, Trans-Lux Also distributed the anime Speed Racer.
so wack they need to go back to the original!!!!
Sorry I clicked here, not the original theme, this is terrible and chaotic.
