This is a white sheet cake decorated with whip cream and strawberries. The video shows step by step instructions on how to decorate.

I love watching you decorate and anytime I buy a cake from grocery store, I always ask for white cake with real strawberries and real whipped cream cause its the best combination. You explained everything so well and your technique is amazing. I will definitely make the next cake myself and I learned a lot from this video :)

how many cups of whipped cream would you use to make this cake? and did you refrigerate the cake or you can leave it out for a couple of hours?

Once the cake is done you will need to refrigerate.

I made this today. Wish I could post a pic for u to see. Haven't cut it to taste it yet. But the entire process was easy and fun. Thanks for the great instructions. Btw, can I use a small round tip and write on the cake with the whipped cream? I don't think I will go back to using buttercream anymore. This is so much better. Lighter and tastes better. ❤️

+Dani Kashif I have had this problem before so I do not use organic heavy cream any longer. I use regular heavy cream. I hope this helps.
Nadia thank you so much for taking the time to post this video. It is very informative. I have a question for you. I live in Kentucky, USA. I plan on making this cake for a birthday party. I'll be traveling in a car for 1 hour. Should I freeze this cake so that the whipped icing will hold up?
SPEAKING REAL Yes, I would suggest to Freeze the cake and then transport it. Keep the AC in your car running on low as well. Usually if I freeze the cake, I leave it out for about 1-2 hours before serving. Good luck and sorry for the late reply.

I smothing the whip cream with the warm water. I must say i was afraid to try it because i was afraid the whip cream was going to turn lumpy and granny like it did once when i put water in it once. I actually did it well, Yeahh, and my brother' B-day cake turn out okay. One question tough, what kind of nozzle size were you using on the video?
I have used various different sizes on the cake so not sure which one you were referring to. It all depends on your preference for design and how much whip cream you want to place on top.

Hi Nadia love al ur recipes cakes look delish, I live in the uk but here we dnt have cake flour only self raising or all purpose flour. Can u please make a light fluffy cake using self raising flour thank u. Xxx
hi, you can try making the same recipe with self raising flour. It may not give you the exact same results but try it out! I am pretty sure the UK has cake flour in the grocery stores. I use the Swans Down brand.

I enjoy your videos Nadia, but I am rather confused about some information here. A sheet cake is 13 by 18 so if you are making a 1/4 sheet, then the cake in this video is 6.5 by 9? It looks a lot bigger than that. I just want to make sure I have the right amount of frosting for the right size of cake. This looks much more like at least a 1/2 sheet. Thanks

can I do a layer of strawberrys and bananas instead of two strawberrys or will the bananas turn brown .. I would like to make this cake next mouth for my husbands birthday
you can sprinke the bananas with some lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. you can also cut the bananas right before you put them on the cake and cover them with whipped cream or some other sort of cream to prevent the oxidation.
