    I love to eat bitter melon I make a pickle.. I Blanche and boil the leaf And I drink the water and I also make chicken which green papaya and I put the leaf inside and that is my dinner..I love to watch your videos because its is very important and Healthy for me...

    Besides cook them I also blend them and drink the juice, they are so yummy and healthy, especially during hot summer days.

    兔妈, the bitter melon seeds arrived, and should I cut it with finger clipper, before or after soaking in water? I guess it should before right? I plan once it is cut, then put them into the seeding mix. right? thank you, looking forward to hear from you.
