You can look these up on Google, but I'm going to assume that 360° Hipfire and ADS are the distance it takes your mouse on the mousepad.
For example, to turn 360° non-ADS on your sens, your mouse would have to move 13cm and ADS 17cm for a 360. Idk, though.
