Easily? I would say "just about" if we're talking wheight. Boka Vanguard can carry up to 110 000 tons. CVN-74 USS John C Stennis displaces 103 300 tons. Add wheight of supports.
But also, the width of the deck space of Boka Vanguard is 70 meters, while the width of Stennis is over 75 meters.
So, no. Impressive as she is, Boka Vanguard can't carry John C Stennis.
