What matters to me is that the scroll wheel on the X2 kept sliding out of the encoder during normal use due to some pretty significant design oversights. They claim that they have fixed this with adding support in the shell, the indirect mouse wheel click and "structural improvements", but at this point im kinda reluctant to buy one until I see what spesifically they did. Its such a shame because the X2 was my favorite mouse, but the mouse wheel issues made it straight up unusable to me.
I'm curious how the new optical switches feel compared to the huano blue shell pink dot switches that Pulsar has been putting in their mice lately. It's been a while now I believe since on their standard mice they switched away from Kaihl 8.0 to huano blue shell pink dot, which people seem to like a lot.
I tried both the X2 V2 Mini and the X2 Mini Premium Black with Huano Switches and the Premium Black feels a bit better with the clicks as it has more backing weight to it on clicking. The scroll wheel on both are great and very tactile but both also have pretty fast but scratchy feeling skates that require some break in.
Found the premium black edition at my local shop last week and loved it. Came across the v2 online and I jumped on it so I could return the premium edition. I was worried about the optical vs the huanos, but I’m loving the optical switches. Feels better than my DAV3 wired. Excited to try it with the new dongle. Any idea when it will release?
@@Leulogy I don't know, it was working perfectly and then all of a sudden it flashed white and as soon as I stop moving it it doesn't detect movement for 5-10 seconds. But if I move it constantly, it works. I tried to recalibrate and pair it up again, but unfortunately it didn't work
Nice video Fresh! I think I'll hold with my Bruce Lee editions.... Doesn't seem like big of enough upgrade... Yet. It's inevitable that Pulsar will launch some new colors and possible limited editions, maybe I'll snag one then. I might, however, scoop up one of the x2h's though since I think the new shape will justify spending a little cash. But idk... This one might get new colors as well. Hi i wanted to ask about the new Pulsar X2v2 . It seems that my x2 mini v1 had weight balancing more towards the back that annoyed me alot when doing fingertip grip. Does the x2v2 felt the same ? (felt much heavy on the backside of the mice) . Ur opinion would be much appreciated
i was considering buying the mini since it's supposed to be good for fingertip but i got a dav3 wired a few days ago and the shape is really good for aggressive claw so i might not buy another mouse again

Guys last week I bought the pulsar X2 black premium edition that has a better coating and huano blue shell pink dots, but I am a little scared with the latency of the mouse, because it has the CX 52850 firmware and I need to know if I should return it to buy the new Pulsar x2 V2 with the Nordic 52840 MCU and Optical Switches
I regret buying the X2 now V2 is out. The battery life is so lame on the V1 and has to be charged daily. I just don't know what wireless mouse has a similar size profile but lasts longer.

I tried so hard to make them note this problem to fix it in the future, but they didn't care. Pretty weird. And the squeak was loud, like a bird was stuck in it.

Best shape is 100% subjective. Imo the hts+ 4k is the best shape. Some feel it is the Atlantis mini

There is a significant difference. The opticals still have a deepness to them whereas the bspd has a crispiness

It’s definitely over 70 hours so far in my testing. I haven’t had to charge it yet. It will depend though on whether you’re using 1,2, or 4khz
