These are great! One minor correction: 34:58 if a Hero* unit (as opposed to a Civilian unit) passes its Saving Roll (6.3) it returns to the Town Center “on its full-strength side if it is a Hero unit.” And such is needed!
When you are talking about foragers (at around the 38:40 mark), I assume you mean heroes with the "Scavenger" ability. I believe Mr. Johnson has this one, so he'd get to roll two dice. I don't mean to nitpick, but I think it might be confusing for new players if they see that ability on his card while watching the video.
Hi, extreme cool video series. Short question for overstacking. Example: 2 Zeds at starting postion 2 Zeds in the next Zone (number 6) A hero moves into zone number 6 and win the fight. The zeds must retreat. But where should they go , because the next zone (start) is full and there is no further zone. Thank you!
Hey Genu. Nice to see you here. Following you on FB ;-) I don‘t have the rules in front of me, but iirc there is a rule that when the starting space overstacks you place the Zeds in the starting space of the next neighboring track. You have an edge case here, but I‘d apply that rule here, too.
ZPP applies when playing solo if you choose to use multiple player markers. You have the choice to either play true solo with one player marker, or solo co-op, where you get multiple player markers, but if you do the latter, then ZPP applies.
If I am playing solo do I still get all four player action tokens or just one player action token for myself? It is confusing in the rule book as to how many actions a solo player would get. It says for solo and co-op to take up to three additional action tokens? Solo would be extremely hard with only one player action while a co-op would be easier the more players that are in the game so it doesn’t make sense.
When you are using the more advanced rules this will be the first phase after drawing a card. Here you will move 4 different types of units (if they are in play): - Rangers - Raiders - Refugees - Rescuers (the National Guard) All of these are covererd in later tutorials. Just keep watching ;-)

Thank you for these videos!
these videos are extremely helpful. Victory Point should link to them on the Kickstarter page.
Thanks, Steve. Actually that's the plan, and I know their KS crew is working on it. But I guess they're pretty busy with other stuff at the moment.

correct in all points, Goblin. Using Johnson for the examples wasn't the best choice. Thanks for catching this!
Player Action Phase: 16:46
Gameplay: 12:58
Zeds Phase: 13:30

Correct
@@Lines42 awesome. These videos are great. Fantastic job. Really clarifies some things.
34:55 ...and Heroes return on their strong side. By the way: ganz tolle Anleitung, Lines!
Danke Dir! Viel Erfolg gegen die Zeds!

At 43:00 he talks about icons that balance multiple human games. If you are solo you can choose how you want to play and it'll be balanced
What is this 4R fase?
When you are using the more advanced rules this will be the first phase after drawing a card. Here you will move 4 different types of units (if they are in play):
