what does it mean to be filtered? Only best seeds or is it the same ones who keep rotating so u eventually learn them?

filtered seeds means seeds that have specific structures (buried treasure, bastion, fortress, etc. in close proximity to one another for faster times and not having to reset on the wall for 8 hours to get one good seed
