I've lived in a lot of different areas over 20 years of military moving. We chose this area to settle because of its beauty and charm, lakes, hills, green, and the friendliness we found. It's nice to let my kids run around Hermitage without worries I've had in other areas. It is a beautiful place.

I am stuck in Maine taking care of my elderly parents. The taxes in Maine are through the roof, as is most (if not all) of the East coast. The cost of homes out here is sky high. I thought Hermitage would be nice as it seems affordable :) As one who resides in a place where I can never afford a house - I think the dream of homeownership for the motivated poor is alive in PA. Iron City forever :)
Craig Conway I lived in Allegheny county but moved here because my mom found a job. It has an awesome school district and a good place to raise a family. But it's mostly farm land. And the places that are near other houses are near neighborhoods like Sharon, which has a lot of crime. A lot of the stuff in this video is either old or in Sharpesvile, a neighboring town. I

Odd, we've been there often and have never seen any fights or arguments. The people have always been courteous and fairly quiet, both customers and staff. I'm particular about where I eat and I can't stand too much noise. The Lube is one place I don't mind going.
