They don't even speak their mother tongue in their house...And they stay together only for few days like maximum 1month so there's no big deal....They will definitely forgot that they have gujarati background...We Indians slowly slowly forgot our culture

YES! I haven't had coffee in 2 weeks and my insomnia is totally gone. not only that, i now get 8-10 hours of sleep everyday unlike before when i slept only 5-6 hours while consuming caffeine. My energy levels also stay same and don't fluctuate during the day.
I am preparing for neet and needs more time to study and I am thinking of taking coffee now , to reduce sleep. will I have any bad impact on my health ?
