The parents helped him escape. He probably left a long time ago and the parents acted as if he was in the house. Once he was long gone the parents said they wanted to talk to the police... and tell them he disappeared??? When? There are hundreds of people in front of the house and it's not like the house is that big. How did they not notice? Liars.

Investigators with the North Port Police Department confirmed the
parents of Brian Laundrie, the fiance of Gabby Petito, are saying their
son was last seen on Tuesday.
News of Brian Laundrie being missing comes only a day after North Port Police Chief Todd Garrison said during a news conference that the department knew where Brian Laundrie was.

He left shortly after he came home. He had to. Mom and Dad gave him cash, probably a burner phone, he grabbed clothes and personal items, and off he went. How else would he have got out of that house with no one seeing him? He was gone before police, public and her parents even knew Gabby was missing. Those parents are despicable! Because they now know he’s at his destination they finally want to speak to LE? What horrible, unethical and disgusting parents. How do they sleep at night knowing they’ve helping their Son allude LE? There is a girl missing. She’s someone’s daughter, sister, FIANCÉE. But most importantly she is a human being that hasn’t been seen or heard from in three weeks. His parents know the story and what happened to Gabby. They’re helping their Son escape questioning and consequences. I got a feeling this isn’t the first time Mommy and Daddy bailed their Devil spawn out of trouble. I don’t know how LE can’t figure out what games these parents are playing? Or do they know, and their playing coy? I don’t get it. Haul these parents in and abrade them with questions. Their Son isn’t missing, he’s on the run. They know exactly where he is too. Poor Gabby’s parents don’t get that same luxury. There are some real sick and evil people in this world.

Do you honestly believe he didn’t verify with his attorney whether he was allowed to leave his families home or not legally? He’s legally hiding and he has help he’s not missing and I question if anyone of his family works for law enforcement. The complete silence is too smart as much as I hate to admit. Why would people be saying cops and FBI aren’t doing anything? I feel like they are doing everything possible. Everybody is too damn impatient, and the media and everyone else is probably making it worse for them.
Anyways, the police and FBI shouldn’t even worry about the people not having answers. It’s not about “the people” it’s about Gabby and her family and no one else.

The obvious question for reporters to ask the police is, "Did police have the house under surveillance from all sides since Tuesday or earlier?"
And, "Did anyone leave the house since Brian arrived at the house?"

Also that last picture of Gabby that they had on this video, she does not look like she’s in a happy mood . that girl was always smiling and in this picture she is not smiling so something happened between the two of them it’s it’s pretty obvious you can tell maybe he didn’t want to hurt her but he did and then he got scared and went back home and left her there.

The couple died a day later so it would be impossible they scratched him, but it could be a possibility that he killed them. Since they were arguing in or outside the store where one of the girls in the couple worked at. Maybe he thought they ratted him out to police and seeked revenge?

How could you declare you will find both of them? How? Do you have both of them in your possession and we are all just getting played? Sir, with all due respect, people who go missing are not always found. You declared you knee where Brian was. Then you had to walk that back and admit now you don’t. Stick to facts. Just facts. It does nothing to calm the masses when they realize a person they fear may have done something horrible is at large. It just doesn’t feel good. False reassurances don’t help.
