This is definitely a winner. Even someone on a fixed income, if they know a gardener can fix this and it will be great at a low a price. It would be super great on a crispy lettuce wrap or a lettuce cup. Eat it like a sandwich.

There are many variations to a traditional blackeye Pea Salad. Shrimp can turn into rubber when overcooked and then hit with vinegar.
