1. Width of the stairs is really less to carry heavy items. Also entrance passage to main door should be bigger. It looks to be hardly 3 ft. Internal is fine but not external, if it is Atleast 5 ft it will give royal look. 3 ft is badige mane outhouse look.
2. It is personal choise but ss matt finish doesn’t give gaudy look. sS shining gives too much distraction look
3. Window grills are like apartment look. Did not like that. For such independent a house the grills need a nice modern look. Even skylight grill that is visible to all needs thicker ms and better design.
4. Hall and balcony is nice. Bathrooms are big and nice
5. That wash basin area next to lift and even wash basin in basement as soon as you enter in direct view is sore to eyes.
6. Elevation deposit is good idea. Elevation is nice. Sit out also nice
7. 1st floor setback yenu guru adu, chaddi nu vongakko aagilla. Even that French window to the setback. Did not understand the use.
8. Sons bathroom no sunken at the time of moulding that’s why the bathroom flooring is above the room floor. That is really old idea or wrong execution or bathroom added later in plan.
9. Room has bed in one direction and TV in another in 1st floor-bedroom. People put tv in room to sleep and watch tv.
Sorry execution is good but you need to focus on modern architecture design aspects. Especially in a house that has a lift and marble flooring etc. Little extra cost and planning but much better look. May be owners asked for too many things. A small thing like add wet kitchen will cause design issue in whole house. Sometimes good to say no. Sorry for the comments.
Superb video, One suggestion/request: All my family members noticed that you shake your video a lot and sometimes quickly spin the videos to show different directions making them confused and eye rotates. Please have your camera steady and slowly transition between what you are showing and what you would show next

Hi Manoj, i,m the client of Kites, i have choosen kites based on your video on you tube. The Kites qualiry of work is very very poor, inefficient labours, engineers, unorganised way of work. Once we get into the agreement, the vijay ane other top people will never involved in construction..no proper quality check..i request you to do proper assesment on their work and do a video on kites .otherwise you are misleading viewers. Im victim of your bad video

Pls god sake do a proper assessment before recommending kites, you are picking one or two houses which has built well and others might not have been built well....people are putting their hard earned money on house, this company is least bother about that.. do not mention in video that kites did not leave any project in middle, client cant leave the project in middle because other vendor will not pick any project from in between...pls do a proper investigation before recommending any construction company...im suffering because of kites poor service ..

Their business is running only based on interior design done by outside team or from their side. Never they show the only civil worked construction. Worst work. This guy dissappear once payment done rest only engineers only will be in touch. No one will pick the call. He is telling lie
Worst company, no ethics, professionalism. Delays and hidden costs, rude behaviour by site engineers, mishandling of project, duty corruption, no accountability, they sub contract the labour work and response from management is poor.
