I noticed when I have the Soltech lights on in my living room, my dogs camp out in my bathroom when I'm away at work. I think over time, overexposure is bad for future cataracts problems.

I have a 9$ ge Light I cant tell if its doing anything lol but it sure as hell blinds me
Lol!! I have two ge ones too and my plants do fine with it. They definitely are bright!😅
