Thanks I needed it been going to some stuff atm. Being alone because of the quarantine made me realize the action people around me that I was blinded about. I would not self diagnose myself as depress or anything but lately its been difficult to sleep at night. So this virtual hug was a little helpful 🤗

Means a lot since I’ve been depressed and lonely for the passed couple of weeks
Being a child was the best part of living, it was a time where you were too young to understand the faults of the world and the danger the world holds. We were naive and don’t judge people by race we would have fun be happy with no regrets and we would live to our fullest. But a childhood can only last so long. Now that I’m old enough to understand the world and the society, I’m scared knowing that the world wasn’t what I thought it was.
There’s a saying that goes “ you weren’t born ugly, fat or different, it’s just what society has brain washed us to think. There is no such thing as a ‘perfect body’ or ‘beauty standards’
You are not alone..even if I don’t know you, I believe u are beautiful and I will support you. Make good choices and trust me there will be an end to the pain,depression and stress. Even though you think that this it it and that u can’t do it anymore, just think positive and keep going.
U create your own happiness not others.

I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better
*1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content. Thank you for the kind messages ❤

Hey there, I'm feeling a bit lonely right about now. So I'm going to share my story about me and my dad.
No he isn't dead or anything, but he was my bestfriend. I love him dearly but ever since the pandemic started he would start to yell at me every night. Once I got into anime, I watched it to help cope with my feelings. He got mad and told me I wasn't apart of the family because of it. So then I got into a certain type of music that he didnt like. He walked away from me saying "oh my god." While throwing his hands in the air. Everyone in the house could tell that he was disappointed. So then I got into reading manga. My mom took me to the store one day and bought me my first three books. God I was so happy again, I almost felt the same as before quarantine. I was so excited so I showed my dad, he threw the books on the floor and yelled at me and told me to go read some real books. Almost every night, to this day, Im getting yelled at by him for the smallest reasons. Last night he yelled at me because I didn't do my chores that day. He told me that I don't ever do anything for this family. That day, I cleaned the house and made dinner. Both of my parents didn't eat dinner that I made, they ordered out instead. When I asked them why they told me because I didn't ask them what they wanted. I did though, my friend was staying the night while this all happened. Once we got back to my room after dinner, I cried and she held me. She jusy told me it was okay and that I should never think that I'm a disappointment, and that she is always here for me. Well that all happened last night. She left this morning and I've had the worst mental break down in weeks. I'm not depressed, I do not have any mental illnesses, I just lost my cool. I feel almost empty as I'm waiting for my family to come home again and see what happens next. Thank you for reading. I feel like a tiny weight has been lifted off of my chest.
Just know, I'm always here for you, I don't care if you hate yourself or people hate you, everyone has their reasons and I will never hate you okay? We're friends now by the way. :)

Go to God in prayer and confess that you are a sinner and that you believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead. Ask Him to forgive you and to come into your life and to come into your heart and to be your Lord and your Savior. Ask Him to save you and to lead you and to be by your side both now and forevermore. When you are done praying be sure to end the prayer in Jesus name. Say in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Hello guys.. Thank you for supporting him. Theres his new girlfriend. Hes doing much better now but life gave him another challenge.. Hes currently in hospital after medical treatment. He got cancer in his lung but thankfully doctors was able to help him.
