Hi Phoebe for this recipe you could use 200g of plain flour and add 2 and an half teaspoons of baking powder , sieve together to make sure it's combined before adding to the cake mixture. Hope that help. Thanks
is it 200g of apf plus 2 tsp of baking powder (self raising flour substitute) then 1 tsp of baking powder again? ... because the recipe listed says 200g self raising flour and 1 tsp baking powder

It looks so delicious 😋. Thank you for sharing your recipe and for using grams, it makes it so much easier for me. 😉
Your welcome Carina - I use grams myself :)
Instead of instant coffee, I would suggest using espresso. Also, to avoid the dome, you can make homemade baking belts.
Thank you I will try that:)
May I ask what flour can I substitute self-rising flour?

its normally 2 teaspoons to 150g of plain flour so would go with 2 and a half teaspoons for the 200g plus the extra teaspoon:)
