Hello Bridget !!!:) I just want to say thank you for all your great videos with all this information! first time mom here. I gave birth in my home 7 days ago and it was the most beautiful, peaceful and spiritual labor any women would have wished and prayed for! God bless you and your family for all your affirmation videos. They are great !!
Hi Bridget, thank you for your videos. Easy explained & applicable anywhere on the globe! I was able to labour at home & let my body do its work during delivery & recovery...also used alot of the exercise during braxton hicks & when the head had dropped in 3rd trimester when it was so much discomfort! Son born... March 30 2022 LOVE FROM SWEDEN
I've given birth to baby number 2 without medical help. Thank you for all your videos and virtual help. I've had 24h of contractions. I really wanted to give birth naturally this time. I applied all your tips to cope with the contractions pain.
I love your channel! So happy I found it (I think through Sarah Therese’s channel). You were born to do this! I had my first baby at a birth center in a tub. Beautiful labor and easy delivery (pushed for less than 15 minutes). Now pregnant with baby 2 and gearing up for a home birth. Your videos are informative, insightful and a pleasure to watch. Your passion is evident in the way that you speak. I also absolutely love your affirmation and meditation videos! Listening every day. Thank you so much 💗🙏🏼
I’m so glad I came across your videos you are so amazing !! You bring such confidence, calmness and inner strength to my whole body and mind. I love how you explain everything with detail. God will bless you for helping all of us moms and moms to be. I have so much peace being a first time mom ready to give birth any day now and the more videos I watch the more peace you create within me. Thank you for sharing your knowledge :)
I'm 39 weeks and so excited for our first baby to come. I've been using your exercises on the ball for preparing to give birth. FYI my hospital in Germany has a ball in every delivery room.
Just wanted to say thank you for your great content! I practised lots of your advice during my first pregnancy and birth - and had a quick, natural, uncomplicated, and happy birth!
Hi Bridget, me and my husband are ready to start a family but I have severe anxiety about pregnancy procedures. I am uncomfortable with anybody besides my husband down there and I’ve tried educating myself and learning what all goes on and I was wondering if you could or have made a video on what is absolutely necessary to do while pregnant. Thank you for your videos they are so informative!
Hi I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant and for me all of the ultrasounds were on top of the belly. The only time they’ve gone down there was for the q tip test normally done somewhere in the 30 weeks of pregnancy. It tests for strep b. That’s the only time they went down there and besides at the very end when they check to see if you’re dilated etc. all of my other appointments were on the belly. Hope this helps ease some concern. Best of luck 😊
what is your opinion on drinking red raspberry leaf tea (RRLT) during third trimester to benefit labor? I am 39w+3d today and have read a lot (mostly mixed) articles on the weight of RRLT during later pregnancy and labor. every article I read of course suggested to discuss with my doctor/midwife, and I will be meeting my OB/GYN tomorrow. I wanted to know your experience/thoughts if any on this. thank you for your guidance.
I never got diagnosed with this, but I am pretty sure I suffered from it. I started going to the chiropractor 4 months after delivery and that seems to have fixed it.
Watching this while sitting on a birth ball, 40 weeks +0 pregnant, waiting for baby to pop out , hopefully soon, desperately trying everything but nothing is helping
I was 42 weeks when I had my first baby I went to the hospital and they took me right in. They had to break my water cause the baby wasn't doing it and I soon went into labor. I recommend heading to the hospital soon if you are already dued.
#BridgetTeyler I have conceived through IVF and in 33rd week. I always wished for vaginal birth that’s when I found your channel. During my last hospital visit, doctor advised for elective c sec just to ensure there are no miss happens. Although he had left option for us but things like what if baby eats meconium or umbilical cord circling neck , scares me. Im totally confused whether to directly go for elective c sec thinking baby’s safety with less risk or try vaginal Can you please please let me know your views
baby doesn't breath until its out so cord around neck won't cut oxygen supply. Doc just wants his cut and to schedule you around his life! I hope he didn't scare you into a c-section for no reason!

@@trinity_2724 thank you, yes it does greatly
You can decline anything basically. You can decline the strep b testing, and decline to have anyone doing vaginal exams.
Hi I was just wondering is that ok if a mom is 40 weeks pregnancy
Can you use a ball that is a bit small for your frame if that is all you have?
Hello, is this birth ball different than the yoga ball? Can a yoga ball be used for these exercises? Thanks
Birth ball = yoga ball = exercise ball
All the same! 😊
How do you know when it's time for mid movements?

Exciting!!
How’d it go
Gave birth at 41w3d to a 9lb. 14oz. boy! Had to do the midwives brew but it worked!
For a mom how would she delivery her baby
I tried to lie on top of the ball, but my breasts hurt. I didn't do it right or is it normal?
I used to have my knee at a 90° angle on my birth ball...I'm Noé almost 40 weeks pregnant and it's more like a 45° XD
