I will NEVER use another chocolate frosting recipe again! I've tried many different recipes but THIS ONE is the winner!! It was perfectly sweet, the texture almost reminded me of a whipped frosting! My cake was wiped out immediately and the frosting seemed to be everyone's favorite part of the cake! Hi chef 👩🍳 last week I made vanilla frosting and I made to much so I freeze the rest .Today I made your cup cake and wanted to do chocolate frosting,so I took my frozen vanilla frost and melted chocolate chips and I had a beautiful chocolate frosted cup cake they are amazing thank you for sharing 🙏♥️I enjoy all the time
It's not great in heat, so you should definitely keep an eye on it. Unfortunately this recipe, like many frostings, tends to melt if it’s exposed to too much heat.
I have a question… I’m using a chocolate frosting recipe that uses baking chocolate (or if you want chocolate chips in this case you’re using) and after 15 minutes of frosting my cake the frosting solidifies very quickly. Is that normal when using melted chocolate?

You're very welcome! You could use whole milk, but you won't need as much. Hope that helps!
Would this amount be sufficient for 3 tier cake ?
You’ll want to increase the recipe by 50% for a three layer cake. 😊

what is the difference between using melted chocolate vs cocoa powder? I saw both of your videos.
Melted chocolate will give you a little fudgier, more chocolatey end result but it's a little bit fussier. 😃
