Dear sab achha bataya but sabse imp bat ko mis kiya hain wo ye hain ki sabse pahle buyer and seller dono pan and adhar link hona chahiy cpc portal per nahi to 1 ki jagah 20 percentage ki demand aa jayega . Mere sath ye problem ho chuki hain. Pl adv incl this point.

Sir, sellers is two.but Total Amount paid to single person as per sellers instructions than what will be Do for TDS payment.

I need your help..We (me and my husband) purchased a property where I am the co-owner and we have taken the loan as well where I am the co-applicant but I am not working . Do I need to pay tds of my share or my husband can pay the whole amount of tds from his PAN number.
Sir co applicants means buyers are two but 80 percent payment made by main applicant then also tds payable devided in two persons
If husband and wife are two buyers then can only one person can pay TDS
