His voice is very calming. Sidenote: comparing this with the obnoxious attempts at Italian in the Part 5 dub is like night and day. The slight pronunciations of words like "pastor" w/o putting heavy emphasis on them does me good.
I love Fyodor and i love Fyodor English voice then his Japanese voice and Ray Chase did Fyodor Dostoevsky voice pretty well and Fyodor does not sound like Gru he doesn't

As someone who first met Fyodor with sub, I prefer the Japanese version much, much more. (Same with Dazai. Dazai's dub makes me cringe.) Also, the Russian accent -- although very good work on the voice actor's part -- sounds more like Dracula.
