Specific airline lounges, such as the Virgin Atlantic. Do you need to have a Virgin Atlantic boarding ticket, + the Amex Platinum card, to enter that lounge? Or can you use any airline boarding ticket to enter?
You don’t need to be flying on Virgin to use the lounges, just the Amex Platinum. Though I believe Virgin is in the process of changing over to that Venture X card. But I was using my priority pass to get into Air France lounges, which are Sky Team a direct competitor of Star Alliance, with my United boarding pass which is Star Alliance. So all that matters is the credit card.

Yeah they do have hot food now pretty consistently, but still not even close to the Polaris lounges.

I didn't follow does the first United Club stop you if it's not close to time for flight. Like the 3 hour rule?
Luckily United let’s you in anytime, no issues with how many hours before your flight preventing you from entering like some lounges.
And these lounges are so far out of the way making them hard to get to.
