The charcoal ISL-179 is a stunner. I love the balance between light colors and dark. That's a do-everything vacation watch that you'll want to wear to work too.
Wow! Awesome. The white dial and the Charcoal one are my favorites. Btw, the dial now look very balanced since the introduction of "Islander" under the logo. With logo alone on dial, it felt something was missing especially on the dive type dials with circular indices. Last, I know something has to give in order to keep thre price down but this level of watch and bracelet need a better clasp. A milled clasp with on the fly adjust would be an awosome upgrade and would take the watch to a next level.
Been waiting for this one. When I lived in Fairfield, CT, I often participated in the Port Jeff to Bridgeport open water swim as part of a relay. The team of 4 would do 1 miles pieces. Depending upon tides, it was usually 5 miles per person; lots of fun. I have great memories of taking the ferry across before dawn and hitting the water around 7:00am. I love Port Jeff - the watch and the town. Thanks, Marc.
Not for me, but I love the variety your catalog of watches has. Gets better and more diverse as time passes! The orange with the blue bezel is pretty awesome though. Great dimensions!
I see what you're saying about the Ultra Chron. I think if he had done all the indices and hands in white, except the minute hand in red or kept the second hand red, that would have killed it! Only because I already have a gilt vintage style diver, would have liked to see stark white hands/indices on that black dial.
Marc, the white dial is my favorite too. Very nice retro inspired design with the thin bezel, no crown guards, thin case, bracelet design. The Miyota 9000 series movement is the icing on the cake. Reminds me of my Oris Diver 65, but at 1/5 the price! Nicely done.
Just ordered the faded orange one. Been looking at orange dials for a spring/summer watch and this one nails it! I much prefer this orange over the traffic cone/safety vest look some companies like to use. The 11.5mm thickness is perfect for my small, flat 6.25in wrist, and the bracelet looks attractive. Thanks Marc! can't wait to get a hold of my new watch
Wow, the green and the white look amazing. Lol, on Yutes- My Cousin Vinny - "The 2 Yutes". I can easily see one of these in my collection. Torn between one of these and the North Port Fire Ball at the moment!
Black dial is definitely my favorite here. I think it was a good choice going with the miyota in these. I’m sure others won’t see it, but the black dial is giving me slight Longines Ultra Chron vibes. Very different watches of course, but my brain is drawing me to certain details where I pick up a couple similarities. Great work…….also, I think you picked a new name for the portion of suffolk from deer park to, let’s just say, coram. Not quite “out east” yet, but it certainly ain’t queens no more.
Just ordered the black and gilt. I think it is stunning. Part of the excellence is it doesn't seem to mimic another watch - it is it's own thing yet also has similar touches to vintage watches I've seen (particularly the hand design). And I think the lume design/presentation is maybe the best thing I've ever seen. Can't wait for it to arrive. Well done in this!
LOVE this model, Marc. Watch thickness is something I pay more attention to these days and in fact started buying mechanical hand-wind only watches just for that reason. This watch will be in my collection... between these and the new Citizen bracelets, you're making it hard to save up for my Fortis... but I'm not even mad. Size, design, detail, everything... now to pick a color. Peace to you and yours, amigo!
After just bumping into this channel I'm pretty happy I just found out about these watches I think my next purchase will be in Islander I love that full Lume face and the great design these watches look awesome.🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️
Last week I was looking for affordable skin divers. I thought about shooting you an email, suggesting adding one to the Islander. Lo, and behold, you're a mind reader!
These give me a very European vibe in the best way possible. It looks like something that would seamlessly transition from swimming in the Mediterranean to racing around the curving hugging the coast in a Ferrari 250. Best looking Islander in my opinion for sure! Home run Marc, I’m absolutely chuffed
This watch is a stunner! Very, very nice. My next watch is gonna be an islander. Well, probably not, because I am broke; I use my Casio DW290-1V as an EMT and it works just fine in EMS. My dream watch is absolutely, without a doubt, the Casio Oceanus OCW-S100-1AJF. It’s perfect. I love Islanders as well.
Your products are getting better and better! I still would love to see a 90% Made in USA mechanical watch! The movement can be swiss or Japanese! I know you have the Ameriquartz ones but man! You could be THE ONE to bring mechanical watches to be made in the USA again!
Wow, another winner for the LIC team! Cant decide between the Green and Orange dial, both are calling out to me 😄 I agree with this movement having less issues and out lasting the old Sellita one, Marc. Keep it up! 👍
Reminds me of my Proxima PX1697, which is a clomage of the that sweet CW65 aquataine. TBH I like your white & grey dials more than the CWs. 💯 Well done, Marc. Again. You & LIW have become expert in separating me from my earnings (in a good way, lol).
Great looking watches! Love the white and the charcoal one with the negative date. The indices remind me of a tuning fork. Thanks Marc. Have a great day! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Thin, moderately sized dive watch in black and gold, with a big crown, a cool looking dial layout, single domed crystal and a beads of rice style bracelet. That's pretty much an auto-purchase for me. It looks great!
When I first saw the hands and indices, I thought they might be tritium tubes! Perhaps an Islander with tritium tubes is on the way? Regardless, this is a great looking watch!
Great looking designs! With more elaborate dials you and Ryan are designing, I think you should start doing some macro shots during your video explanations so we can all appreciate the details.
These are all very nice. I love the use of all the different accent colors on each one. I think the white is my favorite because I’ve been in a white face phase right now. Got the Ghostport recently and have been looking back at the ISL-35 and thinking about it. But I think this one is nicer. Also like the charcoal and green. The black is sharp but I have the waffle ISL with the gold already. Very nice job with these designs. I will consider one but I also want to get a Bethpage too. Too many to choose from. 😊
Marc - I know they don't sell well, but if you ever make a gold coloured case. This design with gold hands and insets for the indices would work nicely. I like the pistachio one 😛
So "Close"! So very, very Close... 47mm. L-to-L is My Personal (Line in the Sand), and that's pushing the envelope to the Outermost Regions of Sanity, for Me anyway. Thank You for putting a Date Complication on These Very Cool Skin Divers 👍
My immediate thought is box sapphire. The orange is a beauty but should have black hands for legibility and the black “yellow gold” look odd. Looks like the new squale 1540 esp the crown. My fav is def the white. Incredible value too 👏
Just ordered one overnight for a trip to So Florida in two day!! 🤞 It gets here by COB Thursday latest! Happy Tuesday from Nashville TN and gorgeous new line Mark!!!
Awesome, all of the color! Great job Marc. I was thinking the Caribbean Green was the #1 but no, that White one is the one I like the most. I certainly would take a 9015 over SW200 any day! I've had 2 SW200-1 where the ratchet wheel has sheered and broken off. No such issue with the Miyota's. Hopefully there will be a white dial one when payday comes around this Friday lol. Islander is knocking them out the park.
And why wouldn't you have a big collection of Islanders? I mean, you make one fine watch. Video suggestion...you could do a video on your own personal islander collection. HA! Now, that white one is smashing Marc, I think you've hit that one out of the park. The little blue accents in the indicies are beautiful
I don't believe you have missed a mark yet with any of your models, which is difficult for me because I want to buy a watch from you but can't decide on which one, well done
The charcoal ISL-179 is a stunner. I love the balance between light colors and dark. That's a do-everything vacation watch that you'll want to wear to work too.

Thanks for that

Thank you.
Really like what you’re doing with these, especially the thinner, better proportioned case. Would love to see more original design Islander watches.
Not for me, but I love the variety your catalog of watches has. Gets better and more diverse as time passes! The orange with the blue bezel is pretty awesome though. Great dimensions!
Fair enough!
I see what you're saying about the Ultra Chron. I think if he had done all the indices and hands in white, except the minute hand in red or kept the second hand red, that would have killed it! Only because I already have a gilt vintage style diver, would have liked to see stark white hands/indices on that black dial.
It’s not for you. Stop the presses!
9:24 😂😂😂😂😂 *** 11mm thin *** love this watch Marc ! I’m going to cry when you make a 2nd Gen Skin Diver thinner in the future
Well done Marc! Those applied indices with lume around them are amazing! in my humble opinion, this is your best watch!
Great design. I really like the case shape with no crown guards and the fun dials! 36 to 38mm, no date miyota would be an instant buy.
Wow, Marc -- your company continues to flower with these original designs. Great stuff!
Charcoal is the winner for me. This is one of your best releases to date. Amazing job.
Thanks much
Great looking watches Mark, really love the 1st white dial (the color contrast is phenomenal) and the last black dial watch the most.
Outstanding, Marc! There is a colour for everyone, as reflected in the comments. I really like the Burnt Orange and the Caribbean Green.
Wow, the green and the white look amazing. Lol, on Yutes- My Cousin Vinny - "The 2 Yutes". I can easily see one of these in my collection. Torn between one of these and the North Port Fire Ball at the moment!
Love the colours on the white one. Absolutely brilliant.
Thanks so much 😊

Thanks so much! Appreciate it.
Great name BTW
agreed. The "charcoal" dial is awesome
@@karlsenula9495 You taking about Port Jeff, or Take the curse off The washing machine?
Black gilt gets me every time. I am loving this vintage style trend. Lots of cool stuff coming out. Your watches are awesome !!!
These watches give like a retro 80s vibe. Love it!
For sure!
Beautiful balance to these watches. You absolutely knocked it out of the park or the port. Keep up the good work, Mark.

Great job with the design! Will be getting one for sure

Met mark today at WindUp San Fran! 👍Was very busy today! Must say the watches look way nicer in person! The videos and pictures don’t do them justice!
After just bumping into this channel I'm pretty happy I just found out about these watches I think my next purchase will be in Islander I love that full Lume face and the great design these watches look awesome.🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️
Thanks so much
Killer details on these watches, Marc! Y’all have come a long way. (Not that anyone minds the SKX successors)
This is a really nice piece and the lume looks amazing.
That white dial is amazing!
Beautiful watch, think it's my favorite in your line so far, well done and congratulations on your business man it's really great.
Can i just send you my bank routing number and let you just take what you want? Geez, you are killing me with these new releases. Well done
Absolutely love vintage styled dive watches! Between this and the Amerigraph youve got a couple of homeruns. Keep it up man.
They look fantastic. That white one is calling my name.
thanks much!
Just got my white dial. What a fantastic watch Marc. So comfortable, well made and looks so good.
That Bethpage just keeps getting better and better looking to me. That white dial skin diver is sweet.
Yeah, love the silver dial!
I grew up in Stony Brook, and as a kid I used to bike to Port Jeff just for the hell of it.
I think this is the best-looking watch (white dial) from Long Island. I am tempted to get it.
Every time I think I have enough Islanders (5 currently) you do this 😍
This looks to me to be one of the best watches you’ve produced Marc, prepare to have a best seller. Nicely modelled retro skin diver 😃
Saw the white dial version for the first time today. Just had to buy one.
These look sharp. I love the indices and hands - and really love the color choices. You guys knocked it out of the park with these!
wow marc some great looking jeffs.
Mark & Co. absolutely CRUSHED this release!
Thanks!
Don’t yet own an islander but with the direction the brand is going it’s getting harder and harder not to! Well done Marc

Will do
I would love to see a Nantucket Red version in the future. I love this watch . Your killing it Marc!!!!
Yer killin me!!! So many great releases lately!
Man, the color combo on the charcoal one is just fantastic!! I woulda loved to see this in a 38/39mm case. Either way, fantastic design, Marc!
AMAZING! Absoutely fabulous. See one in my future! I so appreciate you and what you do. Cheers!
Picked up a charcoal one. Do everything colors, which I love
Reminds me of my Proxima PX1697, which is a clomage of the that sweet CW65 aquataine. TBH I like your white & grey dials more than the CWs. 💯 Well done, Marc. Again. You & LIW have become expert in separating me from my earnings (in a good way, lol).
Wearing my ISL-140 Islander Republic got it about a week ago, very happy. These look nice as well.
Great looking watches! Love the white and the charcoal one with the negative date. The indices remind me of a tuning fork. Thanks Marc. Have a great day! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Thanks for watching!
Cool to see an Orient! I have the black Kamasu II and love it. Just discovered that four of the new Mako III are appearing in stores.
For thinner wrists, this is a welcome trend as a choice to enjoy a diver without the massive size of most offerings.
Your color variants are always spot on! Wearing my ISL 86 today, and I love it!
Thin, moderately sized dive watch in black and gold, with a big crown, a cool looking dial layout, single domed crystal and a beads of rice style bracelet. That's pretty much an auto-purchase for me. It looks great!
Thank you
When I first saw the hands and indices, I thought they might be tritium tubes! Perhaps an Islander with tritium tubes is on the way? Regardless, this is a great looking watch!
That would be cool! Maybe one day.
Glorious! Love the white and those lines on the hands. Great design.👍
Damn bro. Decisions Decisions. 👍
Good ones, tho
Wow! Love all the color choices. Maybe the best color variants of all your watches! Well done!
Great looking designs! With more elaborate dials you and Ryan are designing, I think you should start doing some macro shots during your video explanations so we can all appreciate the details.
Noted with thanks

Thanks so much, appreciate it.
Dig it! Love that white dial too…but I also like the colors that highlight or emphasize those tuning fork indices! Lookin’ sharp!
Tuning fork! Great name
The black and gilt is my favorite colorway. Nice slim design, I'm hoping bulkier watches fall out of fashion.
Marc - I know they don't sell well, but if you ever make a gold coloured case. This design with gold hands and insets for the indices would work nicely.
I like the pistachio one 😛
That would be cool
Wow - very nice designs. Hard time picking which color I like best!
IM SO HAPPY WITH MY PORT JEFF!
Great design
So "Close"! So very, very Close... 47mm. L-to-L is My Personal (Line in the Sand), and that's pushing the envelope to the Outermost Regions of Sanity, for Me anyway. Thank You for putting a Date Complication on These Very Cool Skin Divers 👍
So close!
Beautiful cool diver
thanks!
I have the Orient Mako USA II in white as well... and I got it from YOU! 😁 (and the coin edge bezel... and the insert... 😂)
My immediate thought is box sapphire. The orange is a beauty but should have black hands for legibility and the black “yellow gold” look odd. Looks like the new squale 1540 esp the crown. My fav is def the white. Incredible value too 👏
so nice colors
Just ordered one overnight for a trip to So Florida in two day!! 🤞 It gets here by COB Thursday latest! Happy Tuesday from Nashville TN and gorgeous new line Mark!!!
That's great, thank you. Enjoy it!
Nice watches
I wonder what everyone's favourite is and why is it the white dial 😅😅 One of your very best releases Marc - superb job !
Thanks!
Awesome, all of the color! Great job Marc. I was thinking the Caribbean Green was the #1 but no, that White one is the one I like the most. I certainly would take a 9015 over SW200 any day! That white face model is beautiful.
I see a white one in my future as well. I love how the colors play together. Will be my "fun" watch.
Thank you!
Very nice. A diver I'd seriously consider.
Marc's watches are getting better and better!
Did you say Yute? What's a Yute? Shout out to "My Cousin Vinny!!!! Well done!
Very sleek design and great choice of components (Miyota! )
Thanks for sharing your passion Marc 😊
Green, then orange. Really nice-looking
Got it!
Nice collection! I enjoy Watching your videos!
Nice to see the Geography lesson continuing, the shipbuilders monument looks good.
All the best.
BTW the white dial looks great, easy to read.
Many thanks
Wow, thats nice!
Georgeus watches!
I don't believe you have missed a mark yet with any of your models, which is difficult for me because I want to buy a watch from you but can't decide on which one, well done
Wow mark that black gilt is a stunner!
Thanks!
The shorter bracelet clasps are more beautiful and a nice match for this watch!
I think so too!
Marc hi great video, superb new range. Luv the black n gold Jeff👌
Thanks Jeff
These are some mighty fine watches 😁👍
Got the sun faded orange to celebrate new boat ownership. Will wear it on the water!
Beautiful.
Thank you!
