Yes! What I eat in a day videos are very helpful in terms of getting different ideas for what to eat. I feel like it’s easy to hit a slump of what to eat when you always cook at home and it can get boring. Seeing those videos helps big time! 😊 🫶
I dont think they are harmful at all esp if you are showing healthy meal ideas? Everyone knows all bodies are different but posting what you eat is helpful for others to see healthy meal inspo
