❤️❤️❤️I'm really much stunned about your profile and disposition. I also admire your good sense of humor on here , I don't usually write in the comment section but I think you deserve this compliment. I would love to be your friend if you don't mind replying to my comments, God bless you and your family ❤️❤️🙏
huh? are you really that clumsy you can't accomplish the wrapping step without "residue" flying everywhere? you don't have to start with the filthiest brick in the yard
Always amazes me how she is so comfortable touching raw chicken with her bare hands! Ick! And sometimes she doesn’t wash them before touching other things - salmonella city! Please wear gloves!
I so agree it's really gross and highly unsanitary you should always have on gloves if you going to handle raw meat. Especially on a camera. ☣️⚠️☢️🧼⚕️⚕️⚕️👎🏼😳🤦🏻♀️☠️☠️
Always enjoy Martha Stewart's cooking but one thing I never do if I was going to be on camera is to handle any form of meat with no gloves on too easy to cross contaminate countertops surfaces etc. I think one should always have a glass bowl or metal bowl full of hot soapy water with just a dab of bleach to wash off the germs after handling raw meat of any form. Everybody does what they like I'm just a germaphobe I have a thing about seeing meat being handled people touching items and not washing their hands. ☣️⚠️🙆🏻♀️☢️🧼🧼🧼⚕️🥴🧐
Good point. And lose the watch. But...why a bowl? Just put contaminated items in dishwasher, including kitchen shears. Then hit counters & spigot & sink etc. with lysol wipe. How would a bowl help. Just asking. Not 2nd guessing ya -
you're paralyzed by your fear of chicken?? dear lord!, I've been cooking chickens for over 60 years and have never gotten sick and I don't put on a hazmat suit every time I buy a bird - don't be such a snowflake

Quickest way to roast a chicken. Spatchcocked roasted chicken is the best!

That is the way that South Indians cook rice, which we eat everyday. . The French must have learned it from us!
you spatchcock your rice? must be tedious, but you do you!
I might get residue of the brick on the foil and it would then the residue would cook on my chicken.

Bricks need fresh foil. Not foil that was in contact with raw chicken. Which cooked but the foil didn't necessarily reach high temp-
wtf? Martha.....Ms Stewart: Ma'am:: Great One .... u killin me! Chicken germs left, right& center! This ain't what u taught me!
don't let fear of chicken rule your life --- just clean it up while the chicken is cooking

I agree. It was like a horror movie. At least her opening joke made it more tolerable, lol…
