      No, not always. A quote that didn't make it into Huggbees' video is, "I maintain that, as long as you tell a German loudly and clearly what to do, if you are senior to him he will cry 'jawohl' and get on with it enthusiastically and efficiently."
      So we do know that he could at least stop laughing long enough to wave a sword and tell Wehremacht soldiers to submit.
      He also didn't laugh when playing his bagpipes. With his unit dead or wounded, and he had expelled every cartridge and gremade, and there was nothing left to throw at his enemy, he took up his bagpipes and started playing Will Ye No Come Back Again. This was the moment before he was knocked unconscious and tsken prisoner.

    • @dennisbeaman958
      @dennisbeaman958 Год назад +5

      Well a sword can be used more and pierce deeper then several bullets I mean several as in not amount but with the way weaker guns one shot against someone with bullet proof vest is easy for sword whereas bullet through metal armor is easier depending on metal aswell but a sword can't easily pierce the metal armor

    0:52 - that's where you are wrong, Huggbees. The MOST important part of your uniform is, in fact... your shades. Your viewers may not know it. But I do. Why the hell else would you wear shades in EVERY. SINGLE. VIDEO? What's more, it seems you have diversified. These are not your ONLY shades. No, you have transcended TIME AND SPACE to acquire MULTIPLE pairs of shades. You have thwarted my patrols at every turn in acquring them. But they shall, in due time, be your downfall! You will be brought to JUSTICE, HUGGBEES!

    While sources are inconsistent as to weather Jack actually killed anyone with his sword (it was a war, so recollections of what exactly happened on a battlefield would always be inconsistent as everyone was preoccupied with trying not to die). The main telling of Jack capturing that artillery crew is that he ran up to them in the dead of night, held his sword above his head, and roared at them like some kind of wild animal.
    The Germans were so terrified, they surrendered on the spot.

    The Victoria cross is much more valuable then the medal of honour, the Victoria cross was made after the Crimean war in 1856 being awarded 1,358 times , the medal of honour was made in 1861 being awarded 3,527 times. Also keep in mind that this award is across the entire British empire and many former colonies are still authorised to award it today, with the requirements to earn one constantly increasing.
