If Catholic Christians are mandated to receive the Holy Communion, what is the justification for some reverend fathers denying a congregation member receipt of the Holy Communion under whatever guise? Personally, I think it takes only faith, not knowledge or wisdom, to believe that the consecrated bread and wine have transformed into the body and blood of the lord Jesus Christ. Applying knowledge or wisdom makes it incomprehensible. Well done, Fada Bishop, for this highly illuminating homily. We should pray that we see the handiwork of God in our life experiences and desist from attributing them to idols and deities in our communities.
Thank you lord for this teaching amen 🙏!
