@@GoTravelPlanet We have been traveling the length and with of Italy for a couple of months per year, for at least 7 years, so we have seen a lot. This does not make it any easier so pick a spot to settle but we figured not much can go wrong as long as it is Italy! We are however leaning towards Torino or Veneto, so the north, to settle and then vacation towards the south. Suggestions are very welcome.
@@mackenzie1512 Veneto is very nice, but a bit far away from everything, Torino is a good idea, prices are still low and it will eventually pick up and follow a bit what Milan did, but on a smaller scale. I am returning to Italy after being away for 20 years, my last 10 spent in Miami. I’m considering a smaller town in the North, but haven’t decided yet where. Stay in touch and if I can help, I’ll be happy to do so

Hi Mark, we did it, we found a beautiful apartment in Massa Martana Umbria! For the next year this will be our homebase and maybe we like it so m much we'll just stay there. The apartment is located IN the actual city wall of the hilltop town and we are leaving Spain within the next week. How is your quest for a house going? Regards
