Hi, did you find the temperature ran true? I have a brand new - same model/brand the 12 egg one but I’m finding I have to run it at 38.2 in order to achieve 37.7 in incubator. I have 5 separate thermometers inside incubator and they all read the same number.
FMB Poultry hi! The incubator is still empty as eggs haven’t arrived yet. A comment on Facebook said they had to change the pre-set temp to a bit higher to get the real temperature. I put 4 thermometers in one on each side, one in middle and one near front. These four thermometers all read the same temperature. At the pre-set temp of 37.7 the thermometers read 35. I have upped the display to 38.2 and the thermometers now read 37.5. I’m setting eggs in two days time.

Thing is, in total I have 6 thermometers that all have identical readings to each other- placed together on a table in my kitchen- in fact 7! 5 are glass bulb and 3 are digital. 7 thermometers reading the same can’t be wrong.
