There is a problem when you are a consistently great champion year after year. The audience has great expectations. You area held to a very, very high standard of greatness. Benji and Torri continue to overcome that problem with year after year increased WOW factor. This year is no exception and why I love going to the US Open. They take the entertainment factor in the dance and move it off the charts while still performing with a dance quality that makes your jaw drop.

Watching Benji and Torri dance answers the age old question: Are we human, or are we dancers?
    Dancers. We are dancers.

Always magnificent. I've followed him, Heidi and Lacey from way back to SYTYCD. VERY glad to have RUclips to keep these videos forever. Luv all the family-friendly shows

Benji, you gave SYTYCD its cult status. Without you, your season would not have been so popular. Donyelle was a great dancer too, but all eyes were on you then, now and will always be.

1:19 ... Well, that was the boogie woogie world champions move in 2008 from Mauvais and Truntzer (watch?v=JH0XCgKJiz8). But nice variation, as I always felt that letting her drop to the ground was really bad. This is much nicer!

It was also used by Benji and Heidi many times, search "Benji Schwimmer & Heidi - US Open 2002"

I really don't understand the guidelines, because there are almost no swing patterns in these choreographed dances. Spectacular tho.

Great dancers... horrible "music". Where is the swing?

I've watched countless hours of Benji, and Benji and Torri (my favorite of his partners), I absolutely love him/them, and the dancing here is spectacular, as always, but I have to say, these costumes are, IMO, pretty awful.

Are these female WCS dancers taking steroids, now? They are beefier than 5 years ago...
