Your comment is misleading insofar as you equivocate what other tennis players may have in errors and form issues to this match. I probably could not beat Mark, but I know several players rated 4.5 who could, based on the play seen here.
He'd probably have a lot more power on his serve if he let his serve motion pull him into the court as opposed to where he lands his left foot. His forehand swing's exaggerated follow-through is also a bit unusual.
@@ayokay123 it's the ball toss that pulls one into the court. look at any good server (kyrgios, roddick, etc.) and where the ball goes once it's out of their hands. it sure as hell doesn't go vertically up at 12 o'clock (like our guys is serving). you have to go after the ball if you want to have a proper and aggressive/hard first serve. his toss is also way too high to generate any kind of whip/momentum.
Hardly anyone commented on her play. She was very good. There is a female player that Nick from intuitive tennis trains who just rolled onto the WTA, forgot her name but she and this female player would make a great match, they are very similar in ability. The comments regarding Mark were amusing but I kind of like the screaming, it’s entertaining and he’s screaming at himself or reacting to a key point he had won. He’s probably a perfectionist.
Yes, Ema. Ema was highly ranked in College, played with Danielle Collins, so she was pretty good. Seems she's won already at least a tournament in her comeback. Having said that, yes, I would like to see a match between them. Nadia? Moves pretty well, can handle flat shots, which is Ema's type of stroke, and seems she can redirect pace.
Good close match Mark, if I could give you a tip, you should play left handed, you definitely would have gotten a few free points playing lefty and would have won the match.
I would rate him as a 4.0, not a 5.0. He put his serve into her hitting zone almost everytime. He was not hitting his spots for easy points. Looked like a recreational player to me.
She called a good serve out at 5-4. Mark you played great. Your one handed backhand was on fire. But the screaming and celebrating cringe, childish and embarrassing.

There are so many levels inside D1, for instance this young woman you are playing is very good but has an 8.6 UTR whereas the no.1 from Stanford is an 11 UTR and wouldn’t drop anymore than a game against her.
