Hmm... unecessary welding, I do not approve. However, the video and general design is excellent!
With this scale of a rover, I don't know if metal is the best choice, but it certainly makes it a sturdy little bugger.

Good if you have a welder, but many hobbyists don't. Perhaps you can substitute with riveting or metal stitching.

this is a pretty bad "How to make" video.
its more like a "assembly and testing a RC rover"
there is no information on how to actually make one.
if i bought an object with "some assembly required" i cant in all honesty say i built it. just had to finish what someone else built.
