You should give Deku an origin story where him & all might met way earlier i think when Deku just turned 6 and him and his family are celebrating his birthday an amusement park but then a villain attack happened all might was on the scene but surprisingly the villain was stronger than all might then the villain pushed all might into a corner then stabbed in the stomach leaving a hole in his stomach right when all might was about to die this is where him and Deku meat all might pulled Deku aside and offered one for all to Deku he told him everything about him and one for all and without a moment of hesitation little Deku agrees to receive one for all then all might warned Deku that one for all is a crystallization of power and is capable of absorbing emotional energy from its user becoming more stronger making it difficult to even control or restrain but then all might said to Deku that he should work on his body instead of relying on one for all's power all might's time came to an end and so Deku went on and try to control one for all restraining its power so that way he can use it more efficiently

I think that it would be more logical that tokoyami is a vessel for a demon but he gained control over the deamon and can use it for batle but in the dark ehen the moon is out the deamon takes over
