Because the OpenVoice uses meloTTS internally, and they did some extreme cherry-picking for their demo outputs. Also they claimed SOTA scores on some subjects. Those are really good advertising. However their real quality is subpar outside the benchmark dataset. TortoiseTTS, on the other hand, did none of those inaccurate advertisements
Thank you! You can increase the accuracy with more samples in your tortoise voice folder and after that you could process the output files with RVC.
