As a doctor, I can say for sure that osteoporosis and flat foot have no relation at all. And yes, flat foot is a big problem for those who are facing it.
That's what , and there are arch support available in each and every medical store . There's nothing new about the product and we advise against wearing sandals . Any foot problems first solution is to wear sports shoes
If a person with flat foot wears these shoes for a prolonged period of time, say a year or two, will he/she observe any significant improvement in their foot?

As a physiotherapist I can confirm flat feet is a risk factor for pain but it is not a serious problem. And Osteoporosis aur flat feet ka dur dur tak koi lena-dena nahi hai.
But I guess with increasing obesity, this problem will have more risk.

I have flat feet. What she said is correct. If I walk too much or sit somewhere where I haveto keep my legs hanging, my legs pain a lot. Like a lot.
Mujhe is ashneer pe taras aa raha hai, look at his knowledge, Adidas doesn't give a shit they have already huge business, man this is a real problem and in India there are tons of people and out of those tons of people you can find easily find lots of clients, in Canada if you want to customize shoes like this is $400 to $600 and lots of Punjabi I know who get this done.
Even my wife get those shoes for $500 but that's a different story she couldn't wear them much.

Namita invest where it's needed. She's from health ndustry and knos on products she can invest and add value to in terms money as well as expertise. And i also liked Piyush's advice, he really knows how to encourage new business and what advice they can need in future....

As a person who suffers from arthritis, I can say they are solving a huge problem. Comfortable footwear is much needed. And having comfortable footwear with a style element is just what I'd splurge my money on.

Orthopaedic shoes and footwears are really good these are considered really good in western countries and people are well aware of them in here. Namita was good in this episode. People face a lot of problem due to bad shoes but they are not aware of it in india

I have plantar fasciitis, started all of a certain one morning and my whole life changed I cannot even walk from one room to another. It pains like hell in the feet to even move my feet one inch. Medicines failed, exercises failed. The pain doesn't go, it's been year now. It's very painful.
I also developed plantar fasciitis all of a sudden last year after waking up one morning. At first it was very painful for me after walking a few hundred metres. After 8months now the pain reduced significantly but not completely gone. All i did was I never walk bare feet. I always wear soft insoled sandals or shoes

So, even if the popular shoe brands makes such soles, people who have a habit of checking multiple products before finalising the purchase will definitely give these soles a try. It's about requirements and comfort first.
Problem will arise when popular brands will start offering such product at a similar or low price.

These guys are clueless about how big the orthotics segment is globally and why every spine doctor recommends the use of orthotics. Aman and Ashneer are literally ignorant about these kinds of sophisticated products because they grew up lower middle class and have not had enough exposure. They can barely speak English. I’ve seen it over and over again with them. Don’t get me wrong, they are both very successful and Ashneer is probably the brightest shark but they lack sophistication and come with a shopkeeper mentality. Namita, Piyush and Anupam have lived and/or studied in the US and are much more aware.

Tbh not recognizing a problem is fine. It is fortunate that one cannot feel the pain others are going through. But imposing it as "least problematic" is stupid.
As someone who takes health seriously and works out, this pitch was a niche market thing. Like, gym going freaks can clearly spot a difference between those 2.5lb plates under a squat shoe. For others, it may look stupid, but for the field experts, it's very important.
Good product in my opinion. Didn't like Aman and Ashneer's way but that's okay, it's their opinion.
