    Why did you opt to use the contactless tester and not your 2 pole tester to check whether it has power?

    I presume/hope you also replaced that 32A MCB with one suitably rated for that circuit since at the end of the video you still had a 2.5mm radial fed from a 32A breaker... The risk of overload is still there and without the correct protective device, surely this sort of problem is likely to happen again (or have an even worse result than a damaged socket!)

      Hi Cameron, after speaking to the owner I have turned the radial in to a ring now. I have also replaced the Consumer unit aswel.

      @rightspark why did you opt to twist the cpc instead of terminating both individually?

      @@rayc1503 Indian electric IQUIPMEMTS are work on 50hz electricity sir and who knows about work of electrician in some time it addopts the environment of uk 🇬🇧electrical system
