George Michael`s solo career made a big-revival during this period from the mid to late 90s..Love this song ❤
This song was recording during the sessions on his third solo album ''Older'' in 1995 but not included in the final product. It's later included has a B-Side of his single ''Spinning the Wheel'' (the third single of this album).
I love this kind of swing beat sound from the early to mid-90s. This song doesn't set houses on fire, but it's still a beautiful and soulful track that grows on you.
I agree! Nice chill tempo
First thing I noticed too, the sample. Cool song. Not his best but not a bad song at all.
For me, its one of his best
@@karinabeck6329 Cool, maybe because I’m more familiar with his earlier works.
💯
React to B5 - give it back music video
What a cool track, his production is georgeous…..why didn’t Madonna call George? Imagine a Bedtime Stories/Older crossover track.
Ooo such a vibe
***GEORGE MICHAEL (B SIDE) TRIVIA TIME!!!*** .....don't you WANT to!? (5:44)....
- ...well, RBS was away this weekend (and left the laptop Home), so I couldn't post any comments, sooooo.... this was the B Side to Georgie's (UK) release of "Spinning The Wheel"; it also was backed with another Song, a raw acoustic tune called "Safe".....
- ...Georgie Fans know that he rarely gave (studio) B Sides, so it was an EVENT if you got One; these were the rarities he released, on the 'B'....
Blue (Armed with Love) (studio version) (B Side of WHAM's "Club Tropicana')
Hard Day (B SIde of 'I Want Your S-ex', wound up on the "Faith" Album, later...)
Love's In Need Of Love Today ('live' studio version, B Side of 'Father Figure')
If You Were My Woman (live B Side of 'Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me')
Fantasy (B Side of 'Freedom 90')
Crazyman Dance (B Side of 'Too Funky'...his RAREST, it hasn't been reissued on anything...)
One More Try (Gospel Version) (B Side of 'J-esus To A Child')
You Know That I Want To / Safe (B Sides of 'Spinning The Wheel')
I Can't Make You Love Me / Defisinado (B Sides of 'You Have Been Loved')....
Soooo explain to me what was the purpose of a b side again? I think you told me before
@@EmpressReacts ....when a 'single' was released, you had to buy a
'Physical copy'; they would give an "extra" Song to the buyer, as a "Thank You" for purchasing the single (on the other side).......
....It would be for collectors, or just something to 'help' the Song do better on the charts.....Pet Shop Boys were HUGE "B Side" Guys......
@@RBS_ ah, so they were freebies artist new wouldn’t chart but the fans would enjoy. Aw sweet
@@EmpressReacts ....YUP...... ; ) ....lots of tunes became HITS, because they flipped the "B" side, remember when we would say, "It was on the B Side..."!?
@@RBS_ so as long as the DJ played it the artist could monetize the b side?
I really like george michael's music, And I never heard this song before.
But this song kind of sounds like album filler. It's okay. But he has a lot better songs out there.
This song is only included has a B-Side of the single ''Spinning the Wheel''.
I love this one❤
