Brother, this is so inspiring. I am literally about to start my 2J journey with my BRZ. I am not going to lie it feels overwhelming the money that I need to bring to bare, the time I will be away from my car, and the anxiety of all of the snags I know I will face but this right here is so motivating to watch. Congrats on your build and I cant wait for mine!

@@MinkMood one thing i noticed about your setup is you fabricated the drive by wire swap to cable throttle. MOTEC makes a wiring harness that allows you to keep your drive by wire so I will be going that route to avoid that headache lol. Now what transmission and rear differential did you go with? I will be going with a T56 Magnum-F trans with a 8.8 ford rear diff. Still researching the gear setup between the trans and rear diff but i have settled on that
@@AndrewSeidman-ps2jg you are correct, with a stand-alone ECU you will be able to control DBW. Regarding tranny T56 is the #1. At this point I’m with oem ECU and the Aristo auto tranny. Soon or eventually soon will go big
