******UPDATE****** i got a tbow loan from a friend, and literally the first attempt i got it WITH ONLY 1 SET SPAWN. the difference between ACB and tbow is so huge its absolutely insane. i kept hitting 70's and the zuk fight was so fast i didnt even use stamina pots or any brews. thanks for the guide and ill give my own tips for any1 who even cares: - its definitely possible with ACB, but tbow makes the whole inferno twice as easy (and cheaper because you use less dragon darts) - learn how to 2-tick blob flick since the 1-tick blob flick is really hard to do when you are switching gear or moving places at the same time - on hard waves (like 62, 63) you can start the wave with mage pray + augury to get an extra mage accuracy and defence boost - if your pillars have enough health, NEVER prioritise killing the nibblers UNLESS its safe. ive died incredible amount of times due to trying to kill the nibblers when it aint safe. you are better off just killing some monsters with rigour on and then get the nibblers when its safe. - always make sure you have a spot to run to in case the melee-er digs to you, and if the melee-er starts digging, you should run to that spot immediately instead of trying to get a few extra hits off because ive died that way too. and of course, if its necessary, let the melee-er hit you to prevent it from digging. - zuk: set spawn timers help alot - zuk: if you hit the mager/ranger spawn with blowpipe(NOT with ACB/tbow), then it will attack you 4 ticks later. so as long as you do NOT get the blowpipe xp-drop at the same time that the other monster is attacking you, they are off ticked - zuk: if you have enough brews, you can take it slow during the healer phase. dont try to rush it and accidentally get hit by zuk - zuk: if there are 2 magers on top of eachother, you can aggro both by blood barraging instead of trying to click on the right one - zuk: during/after healers always try to stay a little bit ahead of the shield instead of behind, since you have more safe spots ahead of the shield than behind of it, and everytime you blowpipe/acb/tbow you get a little bit more behind and then you might accidentally get hit
Thank you! Got my first cape on my 11th attempt using your exact setup. All that defence bonus makes mistakes during the waves (which imo is the hardest/most tedious part) a lot more forgiving. Never liked/done much PVM, and I actually found the inferno to be much easier than I had previously thought. My 3 tips for anyone else trying the inferno would be to: 1. Use the runelite metronome to 1-click flick your quick-prayers while killing just a single combat style NPC to conserve prayer. I had never 1 tick-flicked before and the metronome made it so easy. Dont bother 1-ticking while fighting multiple monsters/flicking between different prayers, though. That way you'll just mess up, and if you flick the single monsters you will usually be fine on restores anyway. 2. If you get a spawn that you're not sure how to react to - put your tank gear on, pray mage + defensive prayer and run behind south pillar. The worst thing you can do at the start of a wave is to just stand there and expose yourself to multiple monsters when it's not necessary. Running to the south pillar gives you time to think - and it usually leaves you with only 1 or 2 monsters able to attack you. 3. Use the NPC-indicator plugin! Add the names of all the NPCs in inferno and select the "tile highlight option". It makes it a lot easier to see/learn where everything is actually located, which in turn makes using the safespots easier.
Legend! Thanks for the tips gonna start working on 1-2 inferno runs every weekend and practice makes perfect. Got acb set up but no ely or tbow but got rest of gear. My lack of success on osrs has been feeling anxiety about trying new things. I could stake my whole bank and not feel crazy about it but get shaky trying TOB or stepping into the inferno loool. Finding the right priorities. Please send more tips if you can for couple of run attempts. and hope u are doing well.

I had the same issue. I tried pray flicking mage range... but even if they are 1 tick apart it is so hard to get perfect timing. So i set on this mission to prove that the skill level of inferno can be lowered! Let me know when you get your cape!

I just sold most of my bank for eldritch nightmare staff which is like having a sgs that can cast ancients and spec can restore huge amounts of prayer but so far over all the videos I’ve watched yours has been the most helpful for me cause you’re actually showing it while explaining it instead of PowerPoint and bullet style. I attempted inferno when it first came out and made it to wave 27 and never went back until last night and made it to wave 14 and tried to flick the melee and blob and got stacked out then came across your video and I made it to wave 38 before mage and blob got me lol but I was going off no supplies from 29-38 so thank you very much!
The melee attacks on a 5 tick cycle, if a blob and mage are on you pray mage, range, mage, range, melee and you'll pray both if you start the cycle from melee right as it attacks
The main thing I took from this video is that I am a long, long way from getting the cape... I took advantage of the temporary beta worlds which gives you a maxed character and top tier gear, and I still couldn't get past wave 15. This's insane...

There’s a lot of different weapons you can use, but acb and tbow are generally what you want. Other items require a lot more work to get the inferno done.
Dude ive spent weeks now and am so unmotivated i got to 60 last night but cant get mager and ranger combo flick down. I was out of supplies anyways tho. Im max gear max stats but 77 prayer.
do you pray augury every time when catching initial freeze on nibs? do you keep praying augury on additional barrages until they’re dead? got to wave 48 on my first night attempting (4th try) last night & missing freezes / tanking damage out in the open tryna kill nibs was hands down my worst part. had your exact setup but never prayed augury
Augury helps alot!! I pray augury on the start of almost every wave and I still have more than enough prayer at the end. Make sure you start with the ancesteral top too. If your taking too much damage, dont try killing the nibblers right away. Kill a dangerous enimy first then once safe, go kill nibblers.
n00bescape thanks bro.. yeah i take too much damage on nibs. Can’t afford ances top after t bow kodai & arma but i think ahrims should be good enough? Hit wave 57 last night and the #1 thing killing me is big stacks. I had blob ranger mage safespotted in that order and couldn’t move em from being 3 deep stack. Stepped a tile back and prayed on the last in the stack then 1 flick second one and run back after a spot and prayed against blob but kept taking huge damage... I can flick a mage and range on 1 tick no problem but when there’s another monster in the stack in front of them closest to the pillar I’m a mess. You said in that situation you just put on justicar pray mage piety and smack the blob or monster in the front to get the stack down to just mage and range??
@@DjScar For that 3 stack, My pt.1 guide shows how to solve it at the very end... BUT another way to solve it, yes, is to put on justicar, pray mage, and smack the blob with SGS specs. Only do this if your afraid of taking huge stack damage.
Just got a tbow 2 way split drop from raid 1 so Im gonna start my inferno grind! I can affort tbow and all the gear setup now! Im gonna buy 99 range and 99 mage. My question is should I also train my defence? Im curently 90. Would 99 (or 95) make enough of a difference to be worth it?
99 defense is easy to get in nightmare zone so its always worth it although it isnt 100% necessary! 90 works fine. and dont buy p++ if its more money lol I just use dragon arrows

It should be coming out this week. I've taken a lot of extra time to learning how to do inferno with an ACB and 250m gear. This way I can do a better guide on part 2 of the simplest description for how absolute n00bs can beat zuk. Im not gonna lie, tbow is much easier than acb but im in the progress still of breaking the inferno with a new strategy for n00bs to use an ACB with all the information they need and no extra skilled tactics.

If you keep dying on a certain wave stop focusing on nibblers on that wave. Try to get one barrage in and then immediately get to a safe spot on the primary pillar/ secondary pillar. Kill a few dangerous minions and then worry about nibblers. I noticed that sometimes I die trying to finish off nibblers on late waves
How the fuck do you have that many supplies left that far. No prayer flicking and not doing it efficiently at all would not let you have that much stuff left.

i feel like u can never learn inferno like step by step because every wave is a fuck u moment mobs will all spawn in 1 location an if ur like me who can't pray flick u get bent over pretty nicely an die lol... which sucks
I recomend 99 in all combat stats to give you the best chances at the hardest challenge at the game. Honestly for a first time cape you may be able to pass with 70 prayer, 90 range, average mele stats... but 99 mage is a must for ice barrage!

misquoted, max setup besides tbow is only ~300mil, but there are much cheaper alternatives out there. Also, 20k boss kc in Zuk? No, it is recommended to master other bosses in order to have a good understanding of game mechanics and prayer flicking, which can then be applied to the inferno
great vid attempting to give feedback not criticism - find a decent de-esser in your video editing software or get a slightly nicer mic (even $20 usb mics aren’t bad). Your Ess’s are super sharp and sibilant kinda hurt my ears a lot. It’s not your voice just the mic you recorded audio on.
Hey so I was looking more into mic qualities and acoustics, and I do have a USB mic. Since I looked at your channel and it looks like your an audio/program using expert, do you think its possible to "de ess" just using an equalizer? I know your correct and I do have an "ess" issue, but im not too sure exactly how to fix it haha
n00bescape unfortunately you can’t de ess with EQ really. a de esser is a super specialized tool that just kills those sibilant phrases.. an eq would affect your entire vocal.. so short of using an EQ to cut out all the high end of your vocal and sounding like you’re underwater .. not really possible w just an EQ. there should def be free ones out there if you look around a bit. & Btw I’ve made it to zuk 7 times thanks for this vid... but I’m 0-7 😂

This setup is objectively gonna make u take longer to get a cape than just learning the mechanics. Idc who it's aimed at, as a justi first caper myself I can tell you justiciar is complete garbage and all it will do is make the average player burn out when they realize after milking sgs for 6 hours that justi doesn't make them invincible.

This is very late, but Guardians in raids are attacked on a 5 tick cycle, not a 4 tick cycle. Pickaxes are 5 tick weapons.

99 Prayer will help you soooo much trust me. Get that pray up and you'll find yourself needing less restores and more space for brews.

Hit wave 57 last night and the #1 thing killing me is big stacks. I had blob ranger mage safespotted in that order and couldn’t move em from being 3 deep stack. Stepped a tile back and prayed on the last in the stack then 1 flick second one and run back after a spot and prayed against blob but kept taking huge damage... I can flick a mage and range on 1 tick no problem but when there’s another monster in the stack in front of them closest to the pillar I’m a mess.
You said in that situation you just put on justicar pray mage piety and smack the blob or monster in the front to get the stack down to just mage and range??
@@DjScar For that 3 stack, My pt.1 guide shows how to solve it at the very end... BUT another way to solve it, yes, is to put on justicar, pray mage, and smack the blob with SGS specs. Only do this if your afraid of taking huge stack damage.

Just got a tbow 2 way split drop from raid 1 so Im gonna start my inferno grind! I can affort tbow and all the gear setup now! Im gonna buy 99 range and 99 mage. My question is should I also train my defence? Im curently 90. Would 99 (or 95) make enough of a difference to be worth it?
Also, practice with adamant dart and amethyst arrow then switch to the real shit. Is the p++ versions of the dragon variant worth the price?
99 defense is easy to get in nightmare zone so its always worth it although it isnt 100% necessary! 90 works fine. and dont buy p++ if its more money lol I just use dragon arrows

It should be coming out this week. I've taken a lot of extra time to learning how to do inferno with an ACB and 250m gear. This way I can do a better guide on part 2 of the simplest description for how absolute n00bs can beat zuk. Im not gonna lie, tbow is much easier than acb but im in the progress still of breaking the inferno with a new strategy for n00bs to use an ACB with all the information they need and no extra skilled tactics.

I finally finished making and editing the pt2 its scheduled to upload at 12 hours from now roughly. Usually when I say something I mean it, but this guide took much longer than expected so I was later than expected. I hope it helps you

Do you have any general tips for waves 55-60ish? I keep dying on 56 :(
If you keep dying on a certain wave stop focusing on nibblers on that wave. Try to get one barrage in and then immediately get to a safe spot on the primary pillar/ secondary pillar. Kill a few dangerous minions and then worry about nibblers. I noticed that sometimes I die trying to finish off nibblers on late waves
Terrible pre pot suggestion, 1 angler plus max str ancient mace spec on the dummy.

kodai isnt something i would compromise on for your first cape! I would say at minimum save up for sgs, kodai, and justicar and budget the rest

I recomend 99 in all combat stats to give you the best chances at the hardest challenge at the game. Honestly for a first time cape you may be able to pass with 70 prayer, 90 range, average mele stats... but 99 mage is a must for ice barrage!

misquoted, max setup besides tbow is only ~300mil, but there are much cheaper alternatives out there. Also, 20k boss kc in Zuk? No, it is recommended to master other bosses in order to have a good understanding of game mechanics and prayer flicking, which can then be applied to the inferno

attempting to give feedback not criticism - find a decent de-esser in your video editing software or get a slightly nicer mic (even $20 usb mics aren’t bad). Your Ess’s are super sharp and sibilant kinda hurt my ears a lot. It’s not your voice just the mic you recorded audio on.
Hey so I was looking more into mic qualities and acoustics, and I do have a USB mic. Since I looked at your channel and it looks like your an audio/program using expert, do you think its possible to "de ess" just using an equalizer? I know your correct and I do have an "ess" issue, but im not too sure exactly how to fix it haha
n00bescape unfortunately you can’t de ess with EQ really. a de esser is a super specialized tool that just kills those sibilant phrases.. an eq would affect your entire vocal.. so short of using an EQ to cut out all the high end of your vocal and sounding like you’re underwater .. not really possible w just an EQ. there should def be free ones out there if you look around a bit. & Btw I’ve made it to zuk 7 times thanks for this vid... but I’m 0-7 😂

This setup is objectively gonna make u take longer to get a cape than just learning the mechanics. Idc who it's aimed at, as a justi first caper myself I can tell you justiciar is complete garbage and all it will do is make the average player burn out when they realize after milking sgs for 6 hours that justi doesn't make them invincible.
