So a bunch of dudes break into your home, unannounced, at dawn, 6 am, and you, as a law abiding citizen attempt to defend your home, and you are shot in the head. Then, the ATF relates the story without mentioning details, without sharing the warrant, and without sharing the body cams. Laughing in footage in front of the house after the event. The ATF is turning out to be our U.S. version of the Gestapo.

They had a warrant to search his house. They conducted a no knock warrant and busted into his house at 6 in the morning… any average person would think “ I’m being robbed I must defend my home”. That’s what he did , tried defending his home from what he thought were robbers in his home. They returned fire and killed him. The ATF knew exactly what they were doing. Just an hour or two from sunlight they could have conducted this warrant properly and safely but instead killed this man while he tried to do what he thought was necessary. Defend his family. Just so they can skew the facts of the situation to make it look like gun owners are dangerous , citizens with weapons are dangerous and say Everyone should have their guns taken.

Now we are finding out that they also turned off their body cams so there is no video recording of what happened. We all should be concerned and demand the ATF be shut down and disbanded.

ATF needs to be abolished. Why do we have a federal police force for three products that are all legal? The issues that do need law enforcement could all be farmed out to FBI or Federal Marshals
Or, we could do away with federal law enforcement and leave it to the states to defend their own borders, enforce the law, etc since the feds clearly can't handle the responsibility they have now.

Is it really that "wild"? We have a ton of agencies that oversee legal activities at the state & federal level. The SEC (trading of stocks), the FCC (radio & television), FEC (elections), DOT (transportation), and FAA (air travel), to name a few. What is "wrong" with those items is that they all are regulated in how you can obtain & possess them. Age and criminal history are just a couple of disqualifying factors when trying to purchase alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.

@@richardmesser1091 The fact they are hiding the evidence, refuse to produce the warrant, refuse to produce the lapel camera footage and were caught laughing about the incident right after it happened does not paint their actions in a good light. It's not definitive proof, but these are not the actions of innocent men.

No government agencies are in the Constitution, but the Constitution specifically allows Presidents to form government agencies, and the ATF was formed by George Washington in 1791.
Neither is Social Security.

@flakesinyershoe8137 Close to 99% of body cam footage helps prove that the police were right. Statistically, it's better for the perpetrator that the police do not have a camera. May not be the case here, but statistically likely that no camera will help the guy..

What was the warrant for ? He was the airport executive? was he running a smuggling ring out if his airport ? As far fetch as that sounds, remember they were operating a smuggling ring from a airport in Arkansas that was smuggling arms to the Contreras in Central America in the 80s.
