Comedians Carlos Ballarta and Jesus Trejo go on an epic food crawl with "Taco Scholar" Bill Esparza to try two specialties: Nayarit whole-hog tacos and Pueblan pit-roasted lamb barbacoa. And when we say special, we mean special. Los Sabrosos Al Horno is the only taquería in L.A. where you can get crispy suckling pig nestled between a tortilla and topped with a unique mustard salsa. At Barba Kush, lamb skulls and offal are cooked underground in a backyard, using time-honored techniques from Puebla. Get ready for the feast of a lifetime!

Everything is first class from FWF! Really enjoyed this. I love barbacoa, and that second stop with the crispy pieces, reminds me of when we would smoke whole hog's for family reunions. I'd pay to smell those smells and cry to taste those dishes.

Yo Mitch Hedberg used to wear tinted glasses during his stand up. If you look closely you could see his eyes were closed for most of the set. RIP Mitch 🤘🏽
Can confirm. In the beginning he didn't. But I saw him 2 weeks before he left us and he not only had the dark glasses, but barely faced the audience. Still great but super odd vibe. RIP.

Great, now I'm starving. I told myself not to watch this until after dinner but I just couldn't do it.
You didn’t really show or have shots of the tacos you guys were making in the beginning, was looking forward to it.
You can order suckling pigs online and since it's pork it's very cheap. I make some from time to time here in Texas. I use a Hawaiian recipe that calls for coconut milk as the basting juice to make the skin super sweet and crispy!
