    Is ZOHO user friendly with Microsoft 365 or should I unsubscribe and switch to GSuite? Thanks

    THERE IS NO LIVE SUPPORT WAITING ONLINE AS STATED IN THIS VIDEO. There is an automate bot system that NEVER RECOGNIZED ANY QUESTION OR EVEN A KEYWORD. Zoho is otherwise clunky to use. You cannot sort by tags, cannot search notes, endless lists of complaints are online. I suggest searching TrustPilot for Zoho, the reviews should give you pause when considering Zoho. Worthless. Cannot believe we paid for this crap software.

      Hey Matt! We do have live support (chat and call) available. I assure you we do not use automated bots to handle tech support. Perhaps there was a connection error? Otherwise, we would like to clarify that can sort by tags (related filters). Yes, you cannot find notes by their content but you can find records using the time associated with notes (last updated, etc).

    We have never got any help from zoho Team, we wanted to integrate zoho crm, zoho inventory, and zoho books, we were not able to get it done by our selves and there is nobody from your team to help us to that, we have to move to sales force crm.
    Thanks for the worst service ever.
