where do you find all this god rolled gear for so many different characters? I grind all day everyday, atleast 10 dungeons and I always get shit rolls, on top of that I even have the filter scrapping majority of the crap I find

I only get extra turn in every 2 round. Why?
Extra turn need 804+ total speed in team. Last attack gain turn bonus.
