Not only do you do a fabulous job of showing people great places to go, eat, etc, in France, but it's just such a pleasure to see such a happy family enjoying these things. I hope you show us not only all of France, but other places too! And the videos are also very well made.
The most beautiful thing about your vlog is your love, adoration and respect for one another. It’s lovely to see. Your son is growing up in that too and it’s just an amazing thing.
@@LesFrenchiesTravel it’s beautiful to see. As someone who grew up in a household that was the complete opposite, I love to see this. ☺️ I would love to see more pics of you both from when you met too - loved the ones from last week. ❤️
Thanks for taking me where I’d never get to go. Outstanding. Without France there’d be no USA…just another British colony. I’m biased because I’m American of Irish grandparents and live in St. Louis, founded by theFrench as a trading post in the 1730s. Great video 🇺🇸🇫🇷

I'm french, living in Strasbourg and your channel makes me travel and discover some beautiful places of our country!! What an amazing work you do, thanks a lot!!
Great videos of Normandy. We stayed in Villers Bretonneux and drove around the Somme area and then going to the D Day beaches. The only thing you missed was the D Day Museum Arromanches-les-Bains extremely interesting. The artificial Mulberry harbour was an unbelievable effort in those times, almost impossible these days. Keep up the great work.
Oh thank you to all of you, Colleen and Antoine and also to your son and Vincent too. We so enjoyed seeing that there is so much more to the Normandy region than the soberness of the D-day beaches. This video was absolutely wonderful, like being invited along with you on a family picnic. Well we’ll done. Loved the side car ride!
You know what's even more beautiful - your relationship. It's just so nice to witness your joy. Thank you for giving your time to make these videos. Hopefully, I can go to France soon.
Fantastico vlog Les Frenchies! We love how you visit a few villages and towns. It really gives us a perspective of other parts of France outside of Paris!
Wonderful video! We will definitely use this as we plan our itinerary for our next France trip (2023). Thank you for always having a good balance of touristy and non-touristy places to visit. Your son did a great job videoing 🙌🏼

I would love to try that Calvados! Also the lunch you all had, oh wow! Last spending an afternoon in that garden would complete a perfect day. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾💃🏽
I studied abroad in Rouen in 2011, taking excursions around the area with my group. I also lived and worked in Évreux from 2013-2014. La Normandie is a region very near and dear to my heart! J'adore la Normandie! ❤
Im from the netherlands. i watched the series from you 2 and decided to go there today. I booked a hotel in Le Havre and written several places you've been! Il go with my girlfriend who is really in to art. Ill go there because of the beautifull architecture and D Day. Thanks for the videos & keep up the good work.
Great episode, our hotel front desk person in Paris recommended Honfleur years ago. Your helpful information on this area makes these places likely future destinations. Much appreciation for your hints. Be safe and well...
Thank you for showing other parts of Normandy other than the battlefield and graves, not that isn’t a good thing, but there’s other places in Normandy that deserve a mention. I especially enjoyed seeing the calvados distillery! I’ll be on the lookout for DuPont calvados.
I loved this one! My family and I are discussing going to the Normandy region of France to see all that happened during WW2 & world history. And yes, I am very concerned (for myself) to be around too many reminders of death and dying for a week or more. So, I was so happy to see your video about all of the joyful things to see and do while there. I will share this with my family. Thank you for your fabulous videos.
Really good video, we are coming over to Normandy from the UK in June in our motorhome, Étretat looks beautiful will definitely have a look around there. Honfleur is beautiful went there about 8 years ago, thank you for sharing.
You both are so charming that your videos are really "un régal" to watch! Keep up the good job and have lots of fun. Au revoir.👍🌹P.S. If you have time, go and visit the Bay of Arcachon, my childhood paradise during the school summer vacation.
It's absolutely charming, informative, really friendly, and full of information for those who don't yet know our beautiful Normandy (they don't know what they're missing!!). Cheers !
another great vlog. i'm happy to see you travel outside paris...like paris is amazing but france...france is spectacular and you could spend a lifetime visiting great places.
Love Honfleur. Deauville is lovely, but Trouville is just as nice and more affordable. We stayed at a hotel on the beach in Trouville for about $120 euros a night. Beautiful room. Plus, the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. From Trouville, you can walk to Deauville in under 10 minutes and also take a 30 minute bus ride to Honfleur. We had the best time. Check Trouville out. Thank you for the video. Your videos are very refreshing and they remind of the times I have spent and will spend in France.
(from Sharon, Australia). Thank you so much for these vlogs on Normandy. They have come just in time for us as we are about to embark on a long awaited to trip to France, including the D Day beaches and Honfleur. We have also downloaded your extremely helpful Paris Travel Guide. On y va:)
Love this video! And the ability to travell vicariously with you two! Have always wanted to visit Normandy and see D Day beaches to follow in my Dads footsteps...
I absolutely love you two!!! My girl travel pals and I are hoping to get to Paris later this year.and now I want to go to normandy!!! Maybe next trip. I see they drive on right side which is what I do, USA. Is it safe driving?? Keep doing what you do!!
Thank you so much for your delightful videos. I went to Normandy and Brittany 30 years ago and saw some of these sites but will be heading back there for two weeks later this year with my boyfriend who has never been. I’ve picked up so many pointers and recommendations from you for my trip. Very well done and super informative! I’ve been watching a lot of your video…

Have never been to Honfleur but I have heard of it. The sidecar tour looked fun! Deauville looks kind of neat for people watching. The food looks good. One of these days I will get to travel again.
Im so happy to see this video. Ill be in Caen for 5 days as part of my one month tour of france. My day excursions from Caen will include Honfleur. I was there in 2003 and loved it. I might have to try that calvados tasting tour. BTW, my flight departs at 9 PM this evening on American Airlines. My first stop will be rue Rambuteau for a week, then on to Saint Malo .
So nice to see your Son in the video - the food again making my mouth water. Would love the recipe for the restauranteur’s Mom Chocolate Mousse only egg 🥚 whites and Chocolate no sugar!
I’m going to Paris in October later this year. It would be my 6th time to visit but I’ve never heard of Honfleur - until now. Thanks for featuring this amazing place. I’ve started to do my research on how to get there by rail. I’m looking forward to watching ALL your videos as you’re doing such a great job.
Rouen is also worth so much more than it gets from the usual tours which see the famous clock, Joan of Arc execution site and the cathedral. At least three days to see the other important churches and to sample the restaurants. And then of course Bayeux and Caen. This comment is not a criticism of your great vid, but intended to augment in the event someone is doing a little travel research. N.B. Your videos are a source for me when visiting France, and I have been going there since the 1970s.d Please keep posting and enjoying life.
