- 我細個嘅時候,有好多嘢都唔食。
蒜頭、蕃茄、洋蔥、榴槤 等等等等....仲有茄子
" 煮完出嚟軟林林、滑潺潺,都唔明啲大人點解咁鍾意食?"
但自從有一次 - 唔記得咗喺邊間餐廳,
被逼食過紅燒茄子之後,我就唔再怕食茄子啦😆
仲要人越大,越鍾意食添。
不過補充番:我仍然好憎食芫茜🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
紅燒茄子 Braised Eggplant
Ingredients
Eggplant 茄子 550g
Leek (white part)京蔥 (白色部分) 55g
Edamame (with shell) 枝豆(連殼) 90g
Minced ginger 薑蓉 15g
Minced garlic 蒜蓉 40g
Light Soy Sauce 生抽 20g
Dark Soy Sauce 老抽 10g
Oyster sauce 蠔油 10g
Tapioca starch 木薯粉 35g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 30g
Chicken stock 雞湯 300ml
Water 水 120ml
