Yes it is special rubber for laser engraving. Y can make order from company which sell rubber stamp equipment for example Trodat or Colop. My supplier is Trodat company

Hi. That laser machine from China and I paid for it about 1100 USD. Y can fine may be chipper. This machine is most affordable at market with laser technology. But I will prefer better model from EU. Good enough machine is ineradicable expensive.
