    Took me a while to figure it out but the Sgen L V1.0 LCD EXP1 and EXP2 are on backwards for anything but MKS specific LCD's. I have a guess they are backwards on the V2.0 as well.
    Thanks for the showcase of the new board, liking some of the improvements they have made and I will be looking to be buying these from now on instead of the V1.0's

    Hello, excuse for my English.
    I am not correctly understood where to connect the fans?
    The cooling fan as well as the filament outlet fan.
    It's FAN1 and FAN2, which can be variable?
    I am only one Extruder.

      Well I found it on my own, I'm too stupid, I hadn't seen the 12 / 24V pins next to the X Motor output.
      Too bad they do not go to the end of their numbering.
      Power E0 and E1 but FAN 1 and FAN2 as well as E1 thermal and E2 thermal.
      Why started at 0 then then at 1 for the fans and probe

    I have a CR-10S, I'm trying to install it but, I can't figure out where it goes, does it plug into the pins next to 'Servo', or does it go in one of the pins above it, it can't fit into servo, because the connector is a 3 pin, not a 6 pin, and it can fit into the pins above, but the pins above are for the endstops.

    Hello! First of all, thanks for the tutorial. I have a question with it, or maybe more. Can i connect to this board a normal 3d printer with CNC and plus one Laser at the same time for different jobs? I want to use 24v system for the CNC and the 3D printing, i also have a 12v laser with external powersource and panel. It have a 2 pin TTL port and 4 pin with (12v, pwm, gnd, C) connection, but it can run from it's own panel and i can control from the panel. I have one more external motor driver for the CNC spindle (LD-WS4810), than i think i can use from the suply power source directly, and 5x 2209 internal driver for the 6pcs (2xZ) nema 17 motors. I also have one UPS and one PWC modul. Plus 2pcs filament stopper for the two line extruder. Ultimately MKS TS35 2.0 display with wifi. That's the story.. Is this possible somehow? I know everything is possible.. but... :)

    • @EdwardBraiman
      @EdwardBraiman  4 года назад

      Anything is possible. I generally avoid talking about lasers, due to off gasing products. Anything in Marlin firmware should be possible. As for WiFi, I'd use octopi as it's more stable.

      @@EdwardBraiman Sounds good. I want to engrave on leather or wood, that is not a big one, just 30w (445-450nm) blue light laser. Is this dangerous to? I bought the board in set with wifi (esp-125) and screen, i hope it will be fine. Thanks for the quick answer btw.

    • @EdwardBraiman
      @EdwardBraiman  4 года назад

      With lasers you should protect yourself from the light and vent gases the laser generates on the materials you're working with. Remember it's about your health and those around you.

Do you have a video from how to connect impossible things on board.. :) How can i use that things wich has seems like no connection port on board? Like 7th motor question, and actually can i use an external motor driver port to place a diferent axis, or that will be working similar than the stepper driver above the external slot? Or the internal slot is connected, maybe it will be get damaged if i connect the external slot?
