I made curd chilli and was in under sun and weather has been changed so I kept in oven for drying with light on but it becomes soft , so howmany days we need to keep in oven Please advice

Any temperature for the oven?
When u say keep aside for 2 days does it mean in the fridge or room temp. Will try this recipe soon I don’t have balcony so will dry in oven.

I used spicy ones, once dried, it won’t be that spicy

Cumin powder you can make at home. On chapati rolling board. Just keep cumin on centre and roll it with pin. I always use to do in Japan.
