It was always there. But, most Competitive People simply want negates, OTKs and disruptions rather that good ol' beatdown which is what Prime-Heart excels at
He is literally useless. The man had a full manadium combo hand and in front there is no board.... with or without this card he OTK him... summon prime heart was just faster than summon 3 synchro, no more.

Why didn't konami don't force deck to use their extra deck boss monsters other than generic negate monster
Because generic sells better to the Competitive Crowd (which is what matters now since the Anime left for Rush Duel).
Not to mention that many of the decks where those Generic Monsters actually come from (such as Crystron and Fleur) are so under-supported and out dated that simply restricting to those will simply make them unplayable
Fabled being only able to summon Fabled monsters sounds terrible
I think their should be more card type, attribute and monster type restrictions. Theirs no way that super heavy samurai should be ending on boards without a single super heavy or Machine monsters lol. Or how Tear shouldn't have been able to just do everything without restrictions. I hate branded but at least they can be locked into mostly Fusions. Bad thing about branded is that konomi never stopped giving it support. You can make like 8 different decks with just Branded, Despia, Albaz cards lol since their all pretty much the same thing.

The Main characters in shows aren’t the only ones that can show how valuable a card is.
he's just a couple changes away from being good good
1.- 1x attack per synchro mat instead of per tuner (ok, this one is not that impactful, but ensures at least two attacks)
2.- targeting prot not just for himself, but for all your synchros
3.- revives visas or a visas clone not just from opp eff, but simply by leaving the field (make him a tuner, and this combos with calarium)
a shame such a cool design is wasted on a mid monster

Most of their hand trap aren’t gonna do much after Mannadium gets all stuff its need except Nib and I think many play only 1 Nib in their deck, so if he can’t draw it out, he is screwed 😂😂

As a mannadium player, primeheart is mid af, not worth the extra deck space
not gonna lie... out of all the "hearts", mannadium is the worst... not an overall bad card but is the worst out of the bunch... tri-heart, kaliedo heart and arise heart are WAAAAY better!! imo every other boss syncronizes(no pun intended) a lot better with their respective cards.
It be decks like this that people try to gas light me into thinking are better than mine 😂
