Tbf in formula e you need to lift and cost to recharge the battery so they definitely lifted on the turn

@@IgnitionP it's a part of the game, but I must admit, even though I like FE, that these races look like cycling - but I hope the batteries capacity will increase to the point they can drive on like 90-95% quali pace
@@RooiGevaar19 it will never happen, as it is already possible but teams dont want to do it. Why? Because it's a much better way to manage reliability vs power
Same in f1. They use ICE engines, but cant use full power for an entire race.
So it has NOTHING to do with batteries

for what, formula e forces overtakes forcing drivers to take out their Racing line so some drivers will overtake you....that's manipulating the on track racing

@tyrrell0076 probably talking about attack mode it's pretty much like ers and Dr's combined but for 3 mins and it gives them more power to overtake
To activate it they go off line yes they do lose POS but they make it up with more power

I think the f1 is around 1’12” vs 1’30” for formula e so there’s no contest. I went to see both in monaco and f1 is way more thrilling to watch and hear imho

I understand the same track is shown for f1 and formula E here for ease and accuracy of comparison. However, i don't think Monaco really shows the difference as with the size of modern f1 cars, they are more limited there , opposed a larger track which shows the high speed corning and overall ufo like manoeuvrability of f1
And that is why they didn’t race on any other F1 circuit and stick to racing in car parks (parking lots).

@@codeREDsim hey thank you for the comparison, Formula E reminds me of single speed Kart's, haven't seen any onboard prior to this. Makes sense considering most EVs are equipped, apparently, with 1 or 2 speed transmissions. Which gives perspective on the straight line speed they boast, akin to the still popular 2-speed GM Powerglide transmissions you find in purpose built drag strip cars all across the US.

Fourmla e is cool (as to my knowledge) the plsying field is much more level. As in u don’t have manufacturers like Mercedes’ with a big advantage (I don’t even hate them for it)
