I personally think that the musky in the lake are harvesting more small walleye than any anglers Hawkeye at wheel in bait shop

The reservoir is also over fished. Too many weekend warriors keeping every fish so they brag to their buddies. I feel this regulation change will eliminate the bigger fish and the muskiecwill get the smaller ones.
